In 2003, my brother Bennett passed away from colon cancer and an inoperable brain tumor at the age of 10. My mission since then has been to help other families during the different parts of their journey.

I have been married for 13 years and have two kids who love being involved in everything we do. I love that they get to see firsthand the impact of helping others.

Ben is looking down proudly that his legacy is still supporting others.

I am a life-long St. Louisan and have been involved in community service in one way or another for as long as I can remember.  I am a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and currently work in Finance at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

My inspiration for joining The Bennett Project board is my nephew, Drew, who was diagnosed in September of 2019 at 6 ½ years old with a malignant brain tumor.  As our family’s lives turned upside down, I looked for a way to help others experiencing the same unimaginable situation.  After over 6 years of fighting five separate times, Drew passed peacefully at home on January 1, 2026.  We miss him terribly but are working hard to continue his legacy of kindness.

I am a proud mother of three and have been married for 11 years. After facing our own family challenges, including juvenile autoimmune disease and a frightening automobile accident, I know how meaningful support can be for a family in need. I was introduced to TBP during COVID when my boys were looking for service hours, and we began helping with the Toy Drive in 2020. With each opportunity to serve, my commitment to TBP families has grown as I have seen firsthand the impact we can make.
