Birthday Gifts

Birthdays become even more important when you, or your sibling, are fighting cancer.  So, each month we send out a birthday card, beautifully designed by one of our TBP kids, along with a Target gift card. This small gesture brings immense joy and a big smile to our kids' faces, reminding them they are loved and supported.

Joyful Journeys

When battling pediatric cancer, every milestone is a victory worth celebrating. In 2025, TBP proudly launched our Joyful Journeys program, offering special gifts to our warriors who reached significant treatment milestones such as port removal, ringing the bell, and achieving cancer-free status. We also provide a relapse gift for those who experience difficult setbacks, bringing a touch of brightness during their toughest days.

Toy Drive and Holiday Event

Our annual holiday activies are a particularly heartwarming event, powered by the generosity of local businesses, groups, and volunteers throughout St. Louis. Families are invited to our holiday party, where they can select gifts for their children at no cost, with gift-wrappers available to help. We offer fun activities to entertain the kids, including arts and crafts, snacks, and a special appearance by Santa! In 2025, we proudly served over 100 families in five hours, thanks to the dedication of over 200 amazing volunteers and over 70 toy drive locations.

Activity Grant

Pediatric cancer can impose a significant financial burden on families and makes it challenging to afford even the simplest joys. That's why each year, TBP is proud to award activity grants that help families participate in dance lessons, sports, arts classes, fun family outings, and more. Through our partnership with the St. Louis Men's Group Against Cancer, we were able to provide 43 grants in 2025 and bring a little joy back into the lives of our families.

Family Photos

At TBP, we believe in the power of community. Through our partnership with local volunteer photographers, we are proud to offer free professional photo sessions to families in need. These sessions capture beautiful memories, regardless of where our families are in their treatment journeys.
